Home / Events / A new Emmedue plant for the production of high energy-efficient panels and earthquake resistant building elements was inaugurated in July 2017 in Russia.

The plant represents the latest technological innovation applied to the Emmedue panel production process and the client, thanks to the Emmedue Technical Department, has already achieved the Certificate of Compliance and the fire resistance certification for the Emmedue panels.

The Emmedue technical staff worked closely with the client to find the best technological solution able to respond to the specific market requirements of the area: the new production plant has a production capacity of more than 2000sqm of panels per day, equal to more than 600sqm of floor area per day.

Emmedue performed all phases of machinery installation and start up, thus allowing the factory to be operational in a very short time. The Emmedue specialized technicians carried out also the training to the local workers for a correct use and maintenance of the whole plant.

At the same time, Emmedue supervised a pilot project (a two-storey building to use for offices) that was also employed to train the local staff on the correct installation of the Emmedue Panels.

The opening ceremony, which was held within the new manufacturing facility, was also attended by officials and members of several institutions and the whole event was recorded by the local and national televisions.

The initiative discloses the strong interest of the Russian market for a technology able to meet, with reliable and measurable results, the growing constructive needs of the country, especially those related to residential and social housing, industrial building and agricultural sector.
