These single-family houses of 70 m2 were funded by parastatal funds in Panama: this is a joint initiative with the participation of the banks of Panama, the Ministry of social development, the Ministry of labour and the one of social welfare.
In the project of the social houses, EMMEDUE, thanks to the standardization of the construction processes and the training of the local workers, offers  the maximum performance from the economic point of view and the times of construction.
Another factor of the social houses is the housing quality: the excellent insulating properties of EPS ensure, throughout the building life cycle, low power consumption and low carbon dioxide emissions.
